By joining Senafix as a Distributor Partner, I hereby agree to the following:

I understand and agree that in order to cash out my monthly referral commissions, I must keep my account active each calendar month.

To remain active, I must purchase at least one (1) Silver Package every new calendar month.

I acknowledge that failure to maintain my account in time will result in:

• My referral commissions being dissolved, or

• Automatically forfeited at the beginning of each new calendar month.
