Processing Time

We aim to deliver your products quickly and safely throughout South Africa and selected neighbouring countries.

All orders are processed within:

1–2 business days after payment confirmation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Local Delivery (Gauteng)

Estimated 1–3 business days

National Delivery (SA Provinces)

Estimated 2–5 business days

Neighbouring Countries (on request)

Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Eswatini: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, load shedding, strikes, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs appear at checkout based on your area.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your parcel is dispatched:

  • Tracking number will be sent via Email or SMS
    You may track your shipment online through the courier’s portal
    Customer care will assist for untracked/late parcels

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • Your parcel may be returned to us if:

  • The address provided is incorrect or incomplete

  • The courier cannot contact you

  • Delivery attempts fail and parcel is uncollected

  • If returned, the customer will need to pay additional re-delivery fees.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Your parcel may be returned to us if:

  • The courier cannot contact you
