Refund Policy

At Senafix Global, we are committed to providing high-quality health, wellness, and lifestyle products.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, we will do our best to assist you.

Customers may request a refund or return within 7 days of receiving their order. To qualify:

Product Requirements

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• The product must be in a resellable condition.

• All accessories, inserts, or promotional items received with the product must be included.

Proof of Purchase

You must provide:

• Order number

• Receipt or payment confirmation

• Full name and contact details used during purchase

Service or Digital Products

Refunds for digital or service-based items only apply when:

• The service has not yet been delivered, activated, or completed.

The following items cannot be refunded:

Products purchased on promotion or clearance
Items bought as part of a limited-time special
Digital downloads already accessed
Gift cards and store credit
Products damaged through customer negligence, misuse, or tampering

Senafix Global reserves the right to decline a refund where products show signs of use or damage.

Once your return is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Funds will be returned to your original payment method

• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once processed

Please note: Bank processing times may cause slight delays.

• Customers are responsible for return courier costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

• If the fault is ours, Senafix Global covers all return shipping fees.

• You may cancel your order within:

•  2 hours of placing your order — only if the order has not been packed or shipped.

• Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can qualify for a return if it meets the eligibility criteria.
